📦 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The school bag must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product to help resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Clearance or sale items

🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will arrange the exchange subject to product availability.

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.
